Job description
Reports to: Continuous Improvement Manager Position Summary: The Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting process data across warehouse and distribution operations. This role focuses on conducting time studies, mapping processes, and identifying improvement opportunities. The CI Analyst works cross functionally across the organization to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Supervisory Responsibilities: The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Education/Experience/Qualifications: - Conduct time studies and work measurement observations. - Observe, document, and map current-state processes (process maps, standard work, workflows). - Collect and organize operational data to support improvement initiatives. - Identify inefficiencies such as waste, delays, and variation in processes. - Support Continuous Improvement projects. - Assist in developing standard work documentation and process controls. - Work with operations teams to understand workflows and ensure accurate process representation. - Maintain organized documentation of studies, findings...
