Ensures adherence to operational procedures and regulations related to account and lending functions. Oversees facilities operations, security controls, audits, opening/closing procedures, balancing, and supply management. Responsible for hiring, terminations, performance reviews, coaching, and associate development. Provides ongoing coaching, sales training, and performance leadership to drive sales and service excellence. Develops and maintains a highly motivated, well‑trained staff committed to service and performance goals. Monitors sales and service behaviors to ensure sound business practices and exceptional member experience. Assists members with account and loan needs as necessary; ensures consistent quality and compliance standards.
