What you’ll do: The Manager of Asset Management oversees portfolio capital investments in multiple markets, including capital budgeting and project completion, capital spend reports, capital expenditure system development and internal and external investment opportunity underwriting. Your job will include: Review performance analysis and report on key operational performance indicators. Analyze various market information as required. Complete and review detailed pro-forma models for capital allocation and investment opportunities. Review, analyze and present complex data sets, summarize salient information and formulate recommendations. Analyze capital investment decisions and how they impact value. U pdate financial projections to reflect actual property performance.
