JOB SUMMARY: The Texas Rangers are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who serves as the primary scheduling coordinator for Guest Services staffing for both Texas Rangers baseball games and REV events at Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium. This role is responsible for building staffing templates, staffing the template, and making necessary adjustments as needed to ensure appropriate staffing coverage. This position will be the main point of contact for all event staff related to event staffing, communication, and deployment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: Coordinate and manage Guest Services staffing schedules for all Texas Rangers baseball games and REV events at Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium, ensuring appropriate coverage based on event needs, attendance projections, and operational priorities.
