Director, Manufacturing Site Operations

Overview The Site Director will report to the Regional Manufacturing Leader and will be responsible for the overall operational success of one of the manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: - Lead the manufacturing team to implement best operating practices and drive the site’s Safety, Quality, Reliability and Employee Engagement strategies - Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production, safety and quality standards - Ensure the facility provides the highest quality products produced in the most efficient manner within budgeted costs - Develop and implement the site’s operational plans which include cost reduction initiatives, capital planning and resources as well as in other areas - Maintain strong working relationships across all functional areas including supply chain, procurement, engineering, production, T&I, quality, finance, and sales - Develop and oversee implementation of plant KPI’s as well as managing workforce recruitment and development - Drive operational excellence and continuously identify ways to reduc...
