About the position: - Part of the Content Leading team, building the Miele international content strategy. - Responsible to implement communications and content strategy across all channels and creating & implementing dedicated content strategy per channel. - Responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of all channel content, either derived from master content or developed specifically for the channel. - This role involves working closely in a matrix structure with the Product Content team as well as the channel owners to ensure content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with the brand’s and channel’s objectives. Key responsibilities: Strategy - Contribute to the Miele international Content strategy, with main focus on how sales and media channels and how to ensure Miele speaks with one voice across the customer journey. - Implement and manage the content & comms strategy for all channels (website, ecom, social, digital, CRM, Trade Marketing) - Develop the channel content strategy for all channels, with regards to channel specific requirements needed for the respective channels in terms of technical specs as well as messaging strategy. - Understand and implement co...
