Hospitality Real Estate Valuation Analyst Kroll is currently seeking an Analyst within the Hospitality Real Estate department. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities: Support the valuation of a wide range of assets within the Hospitality Real Estate market using recognized methodologies (income, market, and cost approaches). Assist in developing financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), market comparables, and development feasibility models. Gather data relevant to each engagement through client communication, property site visits, market research, and competitor analysis. Contribute to the preparation of clear, well‑structured valuation reports, presentations, and supporting materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of project deliverables. Essential Traits & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Tourism Economics/Science, or a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management. Basic understanding of valuation models, appraisal approaches, and market research techniques. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
