Fostering Clinician | 10483 | Permanent Contract | Full-time 37 hours per week / Part-time 18.5 hours per week | £43,822 to £48,227 pro rata per annum | Grade K | Norfolk An exciting opportunity has arisen for 4 x Full-time and 1 x Part-time Clinicians to join the Therapeutic Services, Fostering Team who work across the County of Norfolk. If you have experience of working with children and families and have a passion for supporting them in effecting sustained change, then we would like to hear from you. This post is based in the Fostering Service and the expectation is that the Clinician will work alongside social work teams in an integrated, trauma- informed service that aims to improve outcomes for children and young people and their foster carers. Norfolk’s social care model is a relationship-based, purposeful approach with social workers practicing in a trauma informed way, incorporating therapeutic approaches within their work with children and young people and foster carers.
