Position Summary... What you'll do... Serves as the primary resource for QC associates across office and floor operations, ensuring alignment with Walmart specifications and commodity defect standards. Applies advanced knowledge of QC tools and systems (for example, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making. Executes cold chain compliance and inbound HACCP processes throughout the warehouse to maintain food safety and regulatory standards. Acts as the main point of contact for productive floor operations, ensuring inbound deliveries are prioritized based on level of service. Collaborates with Supply Chain teams to forecast workload and staffing needs, adjusting for seasonal demands, PTO, call-ins, and overtime. Monitors and enforces unloading, loading, and put-away procedures, holding associates accountable for workflow and quality standards. Provides clerical reporting to Supply Chain and Operations Managers on QC performance and operational impacts.
