T he Janitorial Lead is responsible for various tasks and administrative duties that support the day-to-day needs of the operations team. UG2 is seeking a highly professional, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to work on a team to manage a 10-crew cleaning operation. Candidate must have excellent organization skills and a proven track record to take high level directions and execute on tasks. This position will report to the UG2 Site Supervisor. Job Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Responsible for administrative tasks—making copies of sign-in sheets and log sheets. - Oversee PM cleaning operations of assigned site. - Ensure employees are following their cleaning schedules. - Quality Control- conduct weekly janitorial cleaning inspections with an ability to analyze and determine deficiencies and corrective action plans. - Inventory management - Ability to coach and discipline employees when necessary. - Conduct safety & technical skills training. - Assi...
