The Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager oversees the daily operations, installations, service and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include leading department managers and technician teams, managing project financials and profitability, enforcing company standards, and ensuring compliance with industry codes. Education/Qualification: - Lead, train, and mentor a team of sprinkler technicians, supervisors, and inspectors. - Establish an ongoing training program to provide training on all types of Fire Sprinkler systems to the field team. - Establish an ongoing training program to teach customer service skills and the importance of properly handling customers’ needs. - Handle all Operations disputes including the customer and any billing discrepancies. - Handle all personnel issues for the Operations department including performance evaluations and both verbal and written warnings for disciplinary reasons. - Regularly meet with customers, vendors, and sub...
