Job Description: - Provide permanent guidance, advise and support to Procurement employees & at supplier. - Cascade information via directives & guidelines. - Ensure that all requirements are integrated into processes, tools & competences. - Develop and coordinate the network. - Evaluate, assess performance. - Conduct investigation when sustainability risk is identified. - Anticipate, monitor risks & put in place corrective & improvement actions. - Support directly the Management in case of specific issues and/or in cases of infringement. - Develop and maintain the relevant training programme (training, information…). Main responsibilities for this position: Lead and coordinate procurement (Strategic & Operational) hazmat activities by: 1/Setting and Applying the procurement hazmat gouvernance Leading and organizing the Procurement Hazmat supply board Detecting hot topics to escalate in the Board Building a global hazmat procurement monitoring through KPis & scorecard Ensuring an end-to-end visibility within the hazmat procurement activities 2/Coordinating and Mastering the procurement Hazmat impacts & risks such as Supplier maturity risk and consequent development plan Business Di...
