We are now entering a phase where structured, high-quality engineering execution is critical to moving from design to reality and this is where you come in. What youll get to do As Project Engineering Manager (PEM), you lead the engineering execution of Blykallas SEALER reactor programme. You sit at the intersection of technical leadership, project delivery, and regulatory compliance ensuring that multidisciplinary teams move in sync, milestones are met, and engineering output is robust and licensable. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you both define how we work and ensure it gets done.
