SUMMARY: The Resort Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events at a year-round ski, golf, bike, and lake resort in line with the strategic direction provided by the Director of Marketing. These events may include large-scale competitions, festivals, concerts, and seasonal celebrations. This role ensures smooth operations, adherence to budgets, safety compliance, and delivers an exceptional guest experience. Familiarity with outdoor event logistics and the ski and resort industries, along with adaptability to varying weather conditions, is essential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following.
