Let’s dive right in: - Manage end-to-end customs operations for import and export activities at our factory in Poland. - Ensure full compliance with EU Customs Code (UCC) and Polish customs regulations, minimizing clearance delays. - Handle HS code classification and accurate preparation of import/export documentation, including specific requirements for energy storage system lithium batteries. - Coordinate and resolve customs inspection issues, liaising with Polish customs authorities and freight forwarders. - Oversee customs compliance management, conduct self-audits, and interpret the latest customs policies. - Manage customs-related systems like AES and ERP, and contribute to optimizing import/export logistics solutions. - Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and finance departments, providing professional customs support.
