Job description

Cozen O’Connor is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal. This position will be based out of Los Angeles or Santa Monica. This Paralegal must be comfortable prioritizing and balancing a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. The firm is offering a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office, 2 days remote for all paralegals. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
