They set goals, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with field/regional counterparts for optimal strategy implementation. Expected Outcomes Driven by the Teammate Savings, Innovation, improved quality and Service: Leading the entire category management process ensures optimized strategies, fostering efficiency and innovation in procurement practices. Yearly Savings targets will vary from $1.0 to $3.5M Creative Commercial Outcomes: Developing and executing effective "go to market" strategies facilitates successful negotiations, driving favorable commercial terms and value creation.
