Transport Planner Michelin is hiring!: This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 1000 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel. - - - - - - - - - - - - What we’re looking for: 2 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain management or a related field; Good knowledge of English is mandatory; Proficiency in Microsoft Office;: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple business interlocutors; Structured and organized;: Attentive to details. Planning: Plan and optimize loads in accordance with delivery dates, filling rates & customer requirements Transportation: Organize the transportation (chartering & slot booking) according to the needs Ensure the availability & compliance of all transport, billing & Customs documents Validate purchasing invoices and treat discrepancies Execution Monitoring: Monitor the execution of deliveries to ensure compliance with the delivery timescales Proactively alert the relevant partners in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engage in the search for a solution to the customer Apply correctiv...
