Required Experience & Credentials – SICU Nurse Active RN license: Current BLS and ACLS certifications: Minimum 2+ years of SICU experience Strong critical care skills, including management of high-acuity post-surgical and trauma patients Ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring experience required Proficiency with EPIC or other EMR systems Typical Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: SICU: 1:2 (may vary depending on patient acuity) Responsibilities: Role Overview: Facilitate and coordinate programs serving hospital inpatients, outpatients, families, the community, and employees of both the hospital and university, delivering evidence-based care in accordance with the nursing process, as well as Johns Hopkins Hospital policies, procedures, and prot...
