Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: - Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude. - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in-store and at the drive-thru. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a helpful and professional approach. - Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring they meet Dunkin' Donuts’ quality standards. 2.
