Key Responsibilities: Operations & Service Execution - Supervise daily service in the hotel’s restaurant and banquet/event spaces - Ensure all service standards, timelines, and presentation expectations are consistently met - Oversee room setup, breakdown, and event execution according to BEOs - Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns or service recovery needs - Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and service expectations Team Leadership & Staff Support: - Lead, coach, and support servers, bartenders, banquet staff, and support team members - Serve as the first point of contact for staff questions and operational decisions during service - Reinforce policies, procedures, and professional conduct standards - Assist with training new hires and ongoing staff development Communication & Coordination: - Communicate effectively with culinary, bar, sales, and management teams - Ensure accurate execution of menus, special requests, and dietary restrictions - Relay guest feedba...
