We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Finance Executive to manage end‑to‑end Irish payroll processing while supporting wider finance, compliance, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will bring strong technical payroll knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across HR, Finance, and external payroll service providers. An IPASS qualification is a strong advantage What you'll do: Payroll Operations: - Process, validate, and reconcile weekly and monthly Irish payrolls - Manage high volumes of payroll changes each cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance - Respond to employee queries relating to PAYE, USC, PRSI, BIK, holidays, and third party deductions - Complete manual payroll calculations when required - Set up and maintain payroll deductions including pensions, TaxSaver, Cycle to Work, VHI, loans, and savings schemes Pensions & Benefits: - Administer defined benefit and defined contribution pension payrolls for both active and deferred members - Liaise with pension trustees/providers and manage all pension related queries - Execute annual pensioner existence checks and related controls - Coordinate VHI renewals, process monthl...
