The Lead RSS is responsible for supporting a culture of respect and unconditional positive regard for residents, and modeling engagement in Team Based Care. The Lead RSS is a resource for Residential Support Specialists (RSS), actively engaging in staff and team development of skills, competencies, and ensuring resident care is delivered in alignment with the Agency Mission and Vision.
