Job Title Director, IGT Corporate Accounts (Mid-Atlantic) Job Description: National Director of Corporate Accounts: The National Director of Corporate Accounts will serve as the strategic team leader on all Image Guided Therapy (IGT) objectives within assigned National Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) & Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) accounts. Your role: - Your primary responsibilities will include executing contracts, launching new products, expanding market penetration, achieving double-digit revenue growth across your assigned IDN & GPO targets, leading the IGT field sales teams in a matrix environment, and helping to mentor other Corporate Accounts Directors. - Deliver agreed-upon growth in targeted IDNs, and contribute to the overall sales results of the broader organization. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict across different functional areas in a matrixed organization, as well as with external stakeholders. - Analyze and quantify IDN and GPO market potential, assess market conditions and prioritize targets through formal and informal methods.
