Summary: The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, spare parts, and warehouse operations across multiple international manufacturing facilities, engineered water systems projects, and life-cycle services. This role ensures optimal stock levels, accurate record-keeping, efficient warehouse processes, and timely availability of components, supporting digitalization, sustainability, and operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities: Digitalization & continuous improvement Implement / use ERP and warehouse management systems for tracking, reporting, and analytics. Support automation, barcoding, and digital inventory initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce lead times. Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, and turnaround times. Inventory management: Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, components, and spare parts. Monitor and reconcile inventory records using ERP and digital tools. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy.
