Overview FWI is seeking a Requirements Analysis Subject Matter Expert to support DoD installations through the RPSS Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with USACE HNC. In this role, you will help Garrison teams build the documented facility justifications they need to move projects forward — translating operational needs into clear, well-supported requirements analyses that lay the groundwork for DD1391 programming documents. Work Schedule and Location: Remote : This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Potential on-site requirements at DoD installations.
