Job description

SUMMARY: This position will provide technical support to manufacturing to ensure less downtime, greater efficiencies and provide Perventitive Maintenance support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for leading the reduction of unplanned downtime by conducting preventative maintenance - on equipment and facilities. - Responsible for scheduled repairs to minimize production interruptions and equipment downtime. - Responsible for determining critical machines for downtime and risk assessment based on production and countermeasure. - Responsible for following a Predictive Maintenance schedule. - Experience with equipment maintenance and repair (mechanical and electrical). - Emergency equipment repair and troubleshooting. - Responsible for equipment and facilities electrical maintenance. - Responsible pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical maintenance on equipment. - Responsible for welding when required on equipment and facilities. - Maintain storeroom and spare parts inventory levels to prevent critical breakdown. - Responsible for Zero NG activity - track all NG's with follow up of countermeasures. - Develop and document training for manufacturing equipment and proce...
