This is what you will do: The Regional Account Manager (RAM) position is within our Hematology and Nephrology Franchise, a division of Alexion, and will focus on aHUS. The RAM will be assigned a sales territory focused on Academic Centers, Community Hospital Systems, Physician Clinics, and Infusion Centers primarily focused on Nephrology and Hematology. This individual would be responsible for the growth and expansion of the aHUS portfolio. You will be responsible for: - Consistently achieving or exceeding sales objectives in assigned territory - Creating and maintaining strategically targeted account-specific business plans that reflect an in-depth understanding of local market forces impacting product sales - Developing and maintaining strong in-depth clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge - Collaborating closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including PNH Regional Account Manager(s), TLL(s), SAL(s), MSL(s), FRM(s), PEM(s), Market Access, Diagnostics, and enterprise partners - The ability to handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology, including ability to compliantly triage inq...
