Summary Evolver is seeking an experienced AIOps Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical resource for our growing portfolio of AI services and cloud infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise AI tooling, cloud operations, and end-user support - ensuring that our AI platforms operate reliably, securely, and at scale. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in a regulated industry such as financial services or healthcare, where data governance, access controls, and compliance are non-negotiable. Work Location : Hybrid- Minimum 2 days in San Francisco office Key Responsibilities: AI Services Operations & Support: - Triage and resolve alerts across AI services and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) on a daily basis, maintaining consistent monitoring discipline across the environment. - Serve as the first point of escalation for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini concerns raised by Research Management and other business stakeholders, diagnosing issues and communicating resolutions clearly across group channels. - Proactively monitor logs for Gemini Enterprise and GCP to surface and investigate unreported errors before they impact users or workflows. - Administer...
