Sample Coordinator The Sample Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of product samples across cross-functional teams to ensure clear visibility and efficient coordination from design development through production, merchandising, and marketing needs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining sample organization and ensuring that all teams have timely access to the samples needed for product development reviews, merchandising meetings, photoshoots, marketing initiatives, and other key business functions. The Sample Coordinator works closely with Design, Production, Merchandising, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to track, organize, and distribute samples while maintaining clear communication on sample status and availability.
