Job description

Performs a variety of component assembly operations, using hand tools and mechanically assisted operations, to produced assembles CVJ’s. Rotates among various stations to person sub-assembly operations on an assigned product line. Coordinated with other team members for efficient assembly. Learns the typical 25-30 component parts making each product assembly, through on-the-job training. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Observes operation of machines and verifies conformance to specifications - Records quality inspection data on check sheets - Records production information on daily reports - Moves control switches to check and reset machines - Records inventory transactions using the Bar Code Inventory system - Supplies components to hoppers, indexing poles or conveyors. - Any other duties assigned by supervisor REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND ABILITIES: - High School Diploma - Six months minimum experience in manufacturing - Ability to complete manual or computer production records. - Ability to do basic calculations and measurements. - Ability to develop knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses, minor adjustments and maintenance. - Ability to use...
