About the Role: As our CRM Campaign Manager, you’ll lead the design and delivery of personalised 1:1 CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, In-App and On-Site channels. Using Braze you’ll drive engagement, retention and growth across the customer lifecycle — using data, insight and testing to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
