POSITION: – Building Technician STATUS: Part-Time REPORTS TO: Building and Grounds Superintendent FACILITY: Bayfront Convention Center HOURLY RATE: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience) Help Keep the Bayfront Convention Center in Top Shape Are you handy, detail-oriented, and enjoy fixing things? Join the team at the Bayfront Convention Center as a Building Technician focused on facility maintenance . In this role, you'll support the day-to-day upkeep of our indoor & outdoor spaces performing light repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring the facility is always in great working condition. Whether it’s tightening a hinge, changing filters, or troubleshooting small repairs, your work keeps the building safe, clean, and event-ready year-round. What You’ll Do: As a Building Technician, you’ll assist with a wide range of indoor & outdoor duties to support building operations and guest safety.
