The role is responsible for building integrated business cases, developing and executing project plans, managing resources, resolving product development challenges, and ensuring alignment across stakeholder groups. The position maintains strong relationships with functional leaders to support project success and fosters a high‑performance culture grounded in innovation, accountability, and results. The Project Manager also provides coaching to Core Team Leaders outside the PMO, enabling consistent application of project management practices across teams.
