Job Summary: Athletic Trainers at Prevea Health are responsible or ensuring the provision of a comprehensive, appropriate medical care and oversight of sports medicine services at the assigned educational institution following Prevea Health guidelines and procedures. This position provides athletic training services for assigned sports including injury and illness evaluation, treatments, rehabilitation, referrals, maintaining timely/accurate medical records, and coordinate medical care following physician's plan of care.
