The ideal candidate will be a passionate, hard-working tax professional with proven technical skills, a strong tax and accounting background, and the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting Assist in the preparation of the tax provision (ASC 740), including current and deferred tax calculations for a public company Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and international income tax returns, estimates, and extensions Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions in accordance with US GAAP Support the preparation of tax-related disclosures for SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q), including footnote preparation and management review support Prepare and maintain monthly tax account reconciliations Maintain tax information, records, and documentation to support audit-ready workpapers Tax Audits & Controversy: Assist with compone...
