Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Schedule: M-F, 7AM – 3:30pm Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician provides on shift technical support for manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, performing repairs, executing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability during second shift operations. The technician works closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, compliant manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair - Respond to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions during second shift. - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic control system issues. - Perform corrective maintenance to restore equipment to safe, reliable operation. - Escalate complex issues to Engineering or senior technicians when needed. - Preventive & Predictive Maintenance - Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to established procedures. - Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or performance issues and document findings. - Support predictive maintenance activities such as lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements. - Assist in maintaining spare parts inven...
