About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale ETL and data engineering solutions. This role will drive complex, companywide technology initiatives and help establish engineering standards and best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Ab Initio and data warehousing with strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities.
