Position Summary: ORTHOPAEDIC TOTAL JOINT SURGEON | LAKE MARY Florida Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Replacement to join our well-established and growing orthopaedic practice in Central Florida. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, high-volume joint replacement practice as a long-tenured surgeon transitions toward retirement. The incoming physician will inherit a strong referral base and serve a well-developed patient population in the Lake Mary and Orange City markets. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient and/or surgical setting depending on subspecialty. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, referring providers, and the care team. Collaborate with advanced practice providers (PAs/NPs) and clinical staff to enhance workflow, clinic efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
