Our Sky Italia Distribution team is looking for a passionate Video Cloud Support Engineer to work across multiple systems focused on video acquisition, routing, encoding and processing for multiple broadcasting and streaming services in Italy, Germany, and UK. You will support video delivery across our multi-platform ecosystem (DTH, OTT, IPTV, DTT), ensuring the highest possible video quality for all Sky customers. The role involves continuous service monitoring, identifying and mitigating performance issues by analyzing KPIs and acting accordingly to prevent service degradation.
