Job description

The Agency Relations Supervisor (Hybrid) leads and supports a team of Marketing Representatives to ensure consistent execution of distribution objectives within assigned territories. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, reinforcing performance standards, coaching representatives, and ensuring agency activity aligns with established growth and profitability goals. The Supervisor focuses on team performance, territory execution, and agency engagement while supporting divisional leadership through reporting, field oversight, and operational consistency. Requirements: Supervisors and managers are required to have completed NYCM’s internal leadership development programs, including Employee Enrichment Journey (EEJ1) and Employee Enrichment Journey (EEJ2).
