Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician: Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and their own transportation, as well as experience in property inspections, landscaping, painting, and general maintenance. This position will also require the candidate to be available for "on call" requirements. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30 PM, on call as needed.
