Job description

In this Role you will: Design and imple men t Google Cloud and Gem ini solutions that meet business require men t s. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance to ensure uptime, reliability, and SLA compliance. Propose solution architectures and manage the deploy men t of cloud networking solutions according to customer require men t s and imple men t ation best practices. Is a key participant in new feature develop men t from an imple men t ation perspective, working closely with leadership and occasionally product and engineering teams . Acts as an escalation point for Google Cloud and Gem ini imple men t ation-related issues . Provide expert level Tier 3 technical infrastructure support services for issues elevated from other support and technical service organizations. Contribute to docu men t ation, automation scripts, and internal knowledge sharing to support continuous improve men t . Participate in special projects and performs other related duties as assigned.
