We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Ballerup, Denmark. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and continuously improving our mission-critical software solutions used by emergency services every day. This is a role that report to the Support Manager. Our systems help police, fire, and healthcare professionals respond faster and more effectively - ultimately saving lives and protecting valuable resources. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery and evolution of critical ICT solutions that truly make a difference.
