My role is to ensure that how Technology operates day‑to‑day—its structures, decision‑making, governance, planning, delivery, and ways of working—is clear, coherent, scalable and consistently applied across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders across Technology and the wider business, I focus on making strategic intent executable, driving measurable improvements in Technology’s effectiveness and ensuring the operating model enables teams to deliver value predictably and at pace.
