Overview We are seeking an Trauma RN Manager . The Trauma Nursing Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Trauma Services, ensuring safe patient flow, proper staffing, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. They will support and develop nursing staff while collaborating with physicians and other teams to deliver efficient, high quality care. Truma RN Manager’s also monitor key performance metrics, manage resources, and lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes and department readiness.
