Overview: - Department: Behavioral Health -Call Center - Schedule: Full Time- Nights| 3-12 hour shifts 7p-7a| Rotating holidays and weekends - Facility: Prime Healthcare Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital - Location: 2233 W. Division St. Chicago, IL. Free Parking Available. Responsibilities: Answers inquiry calls from all persons with regard to information about hospital services and programs. Facilitates the admissions, also verifies insurance information and performs all registration duties. Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING: 1. Associate’s Degree in Human Services field preferred. 2. Two (2) years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred. 3. Three (3) years’ experience in customer service required.
