Deine Aufgaben Job Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for IT work in the HR domain across the European region, focusing on HR system requirements management, system maintenance, and digital project implementation. Ensure HR operations run efficiently and compliantly by aligning with local European regulations (such as GDPR) and collaborating with Group IT, Regional IT, and Group/Regional HR teams. Daily Support and Operations of HR Systems HR System Requirements Management and Business Process Optimization HR Digital Project Promotion and Implementation - Responsible for daily support of HR systems in the European region, including (but not limited to) SAP SuccessFactors (SF). Provide user operation training for HR teams across Europe to ensure proficiency and improve system usage efficiency. - Respond quickly to system issues, troubleshoot abnormalities, optimize system defects, and support functional upgrades and data transitions related to organizational structure adjustments and personnel changes. - Continuously improve system stability and user experience to ensure efficient operation of HR systems. - Sort out and analyze HR system business requirements in the European r...
