Pediatric Outpatient Clinical Dietitian I / Dietitian II - 50% - ( 26002557 ) Description The University of Iowa Health Care department of Food & Nutrition is seeking a Pediatric Outpatient Clinical Dietitian. This position us es Nutrition Care Process to assess, evaluate, and provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling for pediatric outpatients. Teaches Master of Clinical Nutrition Students. Participates in multidisciplinary teams and develops nutritional components of care. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient’s status according to age. · Provides quality patient care including nutrition screening, evaluation, assessment, treatment, and documentation of patient care plan appropriate for patient. · Educates students with on-the-job training. Evaluates students.
