Yamaha Motor Finance – US has an exciting opportunity for a strong Risk & Analytics Manager. This position will be primarily responsible for leading Strategic Analysis activities in the Analytics Center of Excellence for YMFUS. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to analyzing portfolio decisions, analyzing loss performance factors, developing operations strategy and supporting CRM analytics. This role will manage a team of up to 5 analysts and provide analytical support to formulate YMFUS' Credit Risk and Business Strategies and other business initiatives. The areas of focus include originations, portfolio management strategy/criteria design, vintage analysis, portfolio segmentation, operations strategy, demographic analysis, and modeling to optimize portfolio performance. What you’ll be doing: - Manage a team of up to 5 risk and reporting analyst to provide analytical and reporting support to all YMFUS departments – Risk, Accounting, Operations, Compliance, Sales and Marketing, Wholesale and Commercial Finance - Lead key business initiatives like strategy design and adjustments.
